The house we needed listed was a vacation home. Since we did not reside at this property Mariana went over to the house before it was listed and made sure everything looked nice before the photographer came in. She even did a little cleaning for us. The photographer she used did an amazing job and within one day Mariana had us a buyer. Mariana was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything and kept us informed about things all the way until escrow closed. She is definitely someone I would highly recommend.
