The house we needed listed was a vacation home. Since we did not reside at this property Mariana went over to the house before it was listed and made sure everything looked nice before the photographer came in. She even did a little cleaning for us. The photographer she used did an amazing job and within one day Mariana had us a buyer. Mariana was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything and kept us informed about things all the way until escrow closed. She is definitely someone I would highly recommend.

We have bought and sold several homes using Desert Sun Realty. We have found Bret Runion and Cherry Aton to be outstanding. They are honest, trustworthy, and super professional in every aspect of the transactions. We could not be more pleased with the service and assistance we have received from them. Great company. Great people.

Gil has been my agent for several years. He has helped me with purchasing, selling, and managing my properties. Gil and his team have gone above and beyond helping me through the selling process. I am not tech savvy so Gil and his team worked with my needs by giving me extra assistance when I was required to sign or provide any documents electronically. Gil will continue to be my agent for all of my real estate needs.

We had a wonderful experience working with Elena! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond. She guided us through the entire home-buying process and made everything much easier and less stressful. She was very professional and always made sure we understood each step. We truly appreciate all her time and effort in helping us find our new home. We highly recommend Elena to anyone looking to buy a home!
