We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way.
