Nathan knows the Woodcliff market well. After having done our own research, we had an idea of what we wanted to price the home at. After discussing with him, we modified the price slightly higher. In addition, he gave us some good ideas on small changes we could make to the home to improve the overall appeal, as well as coaching us on some we didn't need to make. He was always available for our calls or texts, even when he was traveling. With his staging and photography team, they created a fabulous video of the property that really gave the viewer a wonderful feel of the overall home and environment. The best news was he was able to achieve a very quick sell of our home on the day of the 1st open house. While we did run into a few issues during the closing process, due to our unique situation, in the end we were able to get the deal done with his assistance.
