Kirk has substantial knowledge of Omaha and the surrounding areas. My daughter goes to Creighton and we wanted to find a home or townhome relatively close to campus and in a safe area with income potential. Kirk was able to find us a townhome within a couple miles of Creighton and Nebraska Medical School/Hospital. The income potential is outstanding and location is in a very safe area. Kirk was able to negotiate the price 30k less than asking and was the lowest price per square foot in the past several years. Kirk communication skills and ability to find what I wanted was outstanding. I am continuing working with Kirk to find other rental properties in the Omaha area.

I have worked with Kirk for about 15 years, and I keep going back to him (5 times) because of his savvy, positive attitude , and well grounded approach, which produces positive and successful results. I highly recommend him and his team.

Kirk did an outstanding job communicating and arranging services to best support the sale of my house. Kirk is very knowledgeable with every phase of this sale and guided us through some situations that may have delayed the sale of the house. He showed extensive market knowledge and professionalism in representing us throughout this transaction.

Nicki is an expert realtor who is very easy to work and communicate with. Her knowledge of the Omaha area helped my wife and I find the perfect house and lock it down on a tight deadline. I can't recommend her enough!

Nicki was fantastic. My wife and I had to do a long distance military move, and she helped us through the entire process. Highly recommended!

I've worked with Nicki on two occasions and in each instance, she got the job done without hassle. She is fair and knowledgable. She gets top marks by me and I highly recommend her.
