Tim has done an exceptional job selling my house. I first tried to sell my house by owner. I had four open houses and showed the home to 15 potential buyers during that seven week period without any actionable offers. After I signed with Tim my house was sold in two days for full asking price (to a buyer already approved for the loan amount). I sold the house as Power of Attorney and I lived out of state, but that didn't matter. Tim handled every aspect of the sale/closing process. He even obtained a death certificate that was required. After inspection we needed to replace the 22 year old roof due to hail damage. Tim took care of hiring the contractor and had the work done prior to closing, and it was done for $2000 less than my insurance adjuster quoted. In summary, all I did is sign the papers and collect the check from the sale. Tim handled the entire process.
