Honestly from start to finish Kim was great. The entire process was easy but she was able to provide understandable updates through the entire process. I would recommend. 10/10.

She is Extremely responsive, professional and her market knowledge is impressive. Tricia personally arranged cleaners and lawn service to help us make the house look presentable and she frequently checked on the house after we moved and were waiting to sell. Her energy was positive, and that was reflective during the open house as several prospective buyers attended. Our neighbor said our realtor was awesome and we agree. Our home was only on the market for about a week before an offer was made. Having worked with her before to find a home in the Omaha area, it is no accident that we retained her services when it was time to sell our house. Retain Tricia as your agent if you are planning to sell or buy.
