We followed Terri's suggestion to have our own pre sale inspection. This was the best investment we could have made. We addressed the issues that were reported and were confident that the house was ready to show. We had several setbacks dealing with potential buyers, one withdrawing just two days before closing and another with a grossly under valuated appraisal. So when we were ready to move here from Arizona we naturally got in touch with her. She ot only went with us to help select finishes, she, and her son, even helped us by painting sample patches on the home's exterior so we could pick the best color! If you want a realtor who not only knows the market, the area, and her clients, but also treats them not as a number or potential sale, but literally like family, look no further.
