Kim is genuinely the best agent to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly wants the best for her clients. Kim worked with my family for over a year to find us the perfect house and she sure delivered. There’s no one better. Her and her team are the best. 10/10

We weren't sure when the best time to list our house would be as we were also working on constructing a new home. Patty helped us through the process and gave us sound guidance. She made it easy for us to navigate the process of selling our home and always made sure we were fully aware of and comfortable with the numbers. We truly enjoyed working with her and would fully recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the area.

She is Extremely responsive, professional and her market knowledge is impressive. Tricia personally arranged cleaners and lawn service to help us make the house look presentable and she frequently checked on the house after we moved and were waiting to sell. Her energy was positive, and that was reflective during the open house as several prospective buyers attended. Our neighbor said our realtor was awesome and we agree. Our home was only on the market for about a week before an offer was made. Having worked with her before to find a home in the Omaha area, it is no accident that we retained her services when it was time to sell our house. Retain Tricia as your agent if you are planning to sell or buy.

Had recently very good experience buying a property with Egesta. She knows the market, provided us all the information we needed and took care of all details during the closing process. Very smooth transition.
