As a first-time home buyer, I worked with a few different realtors in the initial home-buying process. The process was very slow I wasn’t getting recommendations about properties, and showing was very limited. I had a very restricted schedule to start with going to all potential open houses or showings was hard but Patrick was able to work around it and made sure I didn’t miss any of the property. He is well-prepared to guide you if you are stuck anywhere during the process and has some very good referrals if you are looking for one. The home buying process can be daunting especially if you are a first-time buyer, but Patrick will keep you excited about the whole buying process. Thank You for the smooth and efficient process.
