Matthew Schnepf was very patient with both Jose and i. We appreciate everything he did along the way to finding the perfect home for us. He went above and beyond and it means a lot. He knows what he is doing and made us feel very comfortable and would explain everything we needed to know in able to find what we were looking for. I will definitely recommend Matthew Schnepf to any one that is looking for a home because he will give you a great experience in buying a home. He is great!!! I am so happy that he was our broker. Matthew Schnepf was very respectful and helpful. He was very clear on every aspect of this experience. He will answer all of your questions and will never leave you confused at any moment. He is very professional and trustworthy. We were able to always call him when we had questions or concerns. He will always pick up the phone and was very polite!! He is very good with people and amazing at what he does. He is a very great listener. I would talk about how i would love a balcony and he went above and beyond and now we have a balcony coming out our masterbedroom. He will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy and comfortable. That is a great quality to have and he’s definitely got it!!! Thank you Matthew Schnepf for such a great experience. We couldn’t of been happier with the things you did for us!!
