We have owned multiple houses in Garden City over the years and each time we bought or sold a property it was with Bob and Mary Krener’s firm. Mary not only knows each block in Garden City, but virtually each house, its history, and a good idea of what a particular house can be sold for in the market at that time. In addition, her years of experience, community relations and personal relationships provide her with a significant pool of potential buyers and knowledge of what they want. Importantly, she can take all this strategic market knowledge and help the seller develop an asking price, develop an actionable marketing plan that will attract buyers while at the same time honoring the wishes of the sellers, and execute the plan to achieve the goal of realizing the seller’s asking price. Throughout the process, Mary is a person you can trust. We had a great experience with Mary and have no thoughts about how she could have done a better job . . . we sold our house for the listed asking price.
