We listed our home in RVC with Julie Zipkin and could not have been more pleased with that decision. Even before we gave her the listing, Julie extended herself by walking through our house with us sharing a number of extremely helpful suggestions as to how to best prepare our house to sell. She reviewed things that might need code verification, suggestions how to make the house most appealing to prospective buyers as well as how to make the rooms look best for pictures on Zillow. Once we signed with her, that guidance did not stop. Every step along the way we felt we had the perfect ally. She responded to texts, emails and phone calls promptly and did all the necessary follow-up with the prospective buyer’s agent like a true professional. She also gave us a number of great referrals, ranging from plumbers, roofers, an outstanding Real Estate Attorney and even an appliance repair man who charged a fraction of what we would expect to pay. Amidst the Corona Virus, we cannot thank her enough for guiding us through the storm we were faced with. Like a seasoned captain of a ship, we felt safe despite the uncertainty of the times. Like going to a fine restaurant and being served by an expert waiter, you never realize how much an art it is to be a master of your craft. Julie does honor to her agency and her profession.
