I had the pleasure of working with Lamar Lanier at Next Phase Realty with the sale of my home. This is my first home and it was an emotional and nervous experience for me. Lamar was always available anytime of day to answer all my questions via text, email, call. He reassured me the process was going smoothly and eased my anxiety. I often called him my realtor/therapist. Lamar and his professional team told me exactly what I needed to do and had resources such as (electricians, plumbers etc.) available if needed. Within a week of listing my property I had multiple offers and was able to close in 2 months. I would definately recommend Next Phase Realty.
