As a young, first time home buyer I was nervous when it came to looking for a home to purchase. I reached out to several realtors who honestly didn't seem to want to give me the time of day or answer all of my "newbie" questions. I was starting to give up! However, when I found Valerie she turned everything around for me! She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and communicated SO WELL. Valerie responds to all emails, texts and call promptly - and is a champ at following up. She never once made me feel dumb, or naïve about anything. We all know the home buying process CAN be a headache. My particular case was hard and made her job stressful at points.
