Kristin helped us sell a house and buy another one at the same time. She was great at managing both transactions flawlessly. For the sale, she came in and told us everything we needed to do before we listed it and why - replace carpets, stain deck, etc. - as well as things that I wanted to do but won't really get a return on investment. Her communication was great and always gave us great advice. I particularly liked the way that she negotiated with the other party. Kristin's a pro, would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
