Mike was the first realtor we ever worked with and the experience was amazing. His knowledge is very valuable, coming from a construction and electrician background. This is a great when you are buying your first home and might be overwhelmed or feel like you don't know as much as you should. Mike will explain everything with brevity and set realistic goals with you. He even negotiated all of our prepaids to be paid for by the seller! My favorite thing about Mike is that he feels like a good friend you can trust, while at the same time keeping the process professional. No doubt we will hire Mike again when the time comes.
