I asked Charles to sell my land at 7 Burning Tree lane in Jackson Springs. He immediately went and looked at it and wrote about it and pictures to post on line. There were a number of problems because it was in my deceased husbands name and we had to transfer it to mine. He is very knowledgeable about the laws between NC and NY. He is very patient and considerate in answering any of my questions. He did a fantastic job in getting it out on the market and quickly. Bob has always been cordial and willing to find answers to our questions. We did not live in the area, so he sent photos of progress on our home, contacted the HOA when needed and kept us informed on things pertaining to their authority. A few days after we moved into our home, he stopped by to see if we needed anything. We hope Bob will become our neighbor in the near future.
