This was the first house I sold, and although the process wasn't easy (thank to my house), Megan's assistance made it seem very smooth. She took care of all the repairs, negotiated with the buyer on a myriad of issues, and ultimately came out with the best deal for me. I was not in-state, which made her assistance that much more vital for me. She even went so far as to pick-up a microwave for me at Lowe's and install it in the house. Megan is a fantastic realtor, and I would recommend her for buying or selling. She (and her husband) goes over the top to ensure the client's needs are met, and will help you out in any way she can.
