Tim Swanson is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor, and I believe very ethical. Extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking to buy, knew the area I was looking into and helped me with negotiating the price. I believe he is a good negotiator, definitely knows the market like the back of his hand, and I believe he is very ethical.
