Becky is a wealth of knowledge and experience. She listened to what we wanted and provided top notch guidance through the whole process of buying a new home and selling our old one. It was seamless and painless and most importantly quick! She also brings excellent team to bear in regards to inspectors, etc.

Becky knows the market in this area extremely well. She also has experience in preparing property for sale and also a wide range of excellent referrals to help do just that. She provides a stager to help set up your home for selling as part of her service. In our case, Becky enabled us to sell two houses (ours and my mother's) and purchase a third. If we had difficulty contacting anyone who was working on getting our property or funding in order, she would contact them directly and they would respond quickly. Beyond that, Becky is very loyal to her clients and checks in often or helps out beyond the call of duty when needed. We cannot recommend Becky strongly enough. She's one in a billion!

This was our first time buying a home, and we were moving to a new state. Becky could not have been more supportive, helpful, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind. We had no choice but to go through part of the process remotely, Becky absolutely put us at ease and really took the time to consider our wants and needs. It sincerely felt like Becky was working 24/7 for us. Her knowledge and tenacity helped us find our dream home, in a dream neighborhood, and keep our dollar amount below expectations. After we closed on our home, Becky continued to assist us. She recommended contractors for various projects we wanted done, she has checked in on us often, and even brought pizzas on moving day. I could not be more thankful and appreciative of all her effort. I HIGHLY recommend Becky Drake.
