We worked with Dawn to both buy a single family home and sell the condo we owned. She was excellent on both transactions. As the selling agent, she walked us through the whole process, helped us get the condo ready for showings, hosted several open houses and ultimately got us a cash offer! As the buyer’s agent, she helped us find houses that met our needs, took us to 10+ houses, showed us what to look for, and answered our MANY questions (sometimes multiple times!) When looking for a realtor my partner and I reviewed as many as we could find. After a brief conversation with Dawn we both knew we'd found the right person. Dawn never tried to tell us what we wanted (and that changed several times.) Instead she took the time to get to know us and what the key things we had to have. From there she guided and educated us on several things neither of us were aware of. We must have dragged her to visit at least 20 homes in a short period of time.
