To whom it may concern; We have had the unique experience of being represented by Mario both as a buyer and as a seller. He went as far as connecting us with contractors and home stagers to make our home the best it possibly could be. He even coordinated inspections and appraisals. There were no surprises left to chance. His team held many open houses and welcomed several dozen groups to see our home in person. In the end we capitalized on buyers that fell in love with our home and will likely love it as is and make their own memories there. Mario's signature action has to be his consistent positive attitude; and open communication throughout the process. When someone loves what they do like Mario clearly does, the results speak for themselves.

Mario is greatest person and realtor I ever met. We were facing front of different kind of problems and questions.
