You never know how much you need to trust your real estate agent until you have the experience of buying or selling property. We were selling our parents house because my mother passed away in 2013 and my father in October 2019. Selling a home for this reason adds a level of reality that they are gone. I add this to say it probably made it even more challenging for the realtor because of that level of emotion. Deborah stayed even keeled with us, never showed anything but caring and patience through the process. We were the selling a house 101's.
