In 2003 it was a real pleasure working with Joe to locate the house I was looking for. He patiently showed me several properties and advised me of pluses or minuses to help me make a decision. Then, in 2021 when I was ready to sell I naturally called Joe for help with all the many details of listing and at what price to ask. He also helped me get rid of accumulated “junk” and kept me from getting stressed out.
