This was a pretty simple remote business transaction. I was referred to Cody by my property manager (I rented this property out through them) who works in the Bahny establishment. Cody got the situation assessed, and we listed per his suggestions. The only dealing I had with Kathy was that she handled the paper work for the actual sale. I never actually met either of them...they seemed friendly and competent.
