Christian was great at helping us find our very first home! She was willing to answer any questions we had and give advice based on her personal experiences. She went above and beyond by calling in a plumber to look at a house for us when a concern was raised about a possible issue. She even found us someone to do a repair to the house that we were buying that needed done. She's very punctual and when we let her know we were on a strict timeline to find somewhere, she got us into houses the next morning! Christian is very sweet, caring, and professional. We will definitely be contacting her when we need to buy or sell a house again!

Ours was a long search because we had very specific requirements for a family member with health challenges. We saw our first house in November 2021 and saw our last house in August 2022. Stacy stayed with us through all the ups and downs, 40+ home viewings and walked us through the final steps to home ownership. She was transparent, timely in her responses, kind in her approach and if she wasn't available the Fathom team was there to help out. We were first time home buyers.
