I had several experiences with Nancy throughout different transactions over many years and I'm very grateful that she always shared her competent knowledge so freely. As a mediator between buyer, seller and other realtors, I always have the feeling that she is absolutely honest and has the best interest for all parties in her mind. She is always on top of following up, organizing and finding solutions for different problems as they show up, and I can say, feeling safe and confident in buying or selling, with the right person in ones corner, makes it a positive and easy experience. Her 1000% dedication to each project, be it big or small, her quick thinking, paired with the experience that she brings to the table, gets you a head start on any property you want to buy or sell. Krista Whitfeild listened to every need that my wife and I were seeking . She was extremely knowledgeable in the industry. We were first time home buyers she made sure we had a great experience. She was very prepared form the first meeting we met with her all the way through the home search and closing process. After one year in our home we decide to relocate out of state and with her extensive list of contacts ahead had our house sold in one day without ever listing it. She even helped vet new realtors in the state that we moved to. Dealing with Krista has been more like dealing with a friend than a realtor.
