My wife and I had been casually looking at properties for over two years from out of state, and finally decided to start seriously looking in October 2023. After researching realtors online, we narrowed it down to Angie and one other. Angie's extensive knowledge of the valley, both as a long-time resident and experienced realtor, made the decision easy. We traveled to town once to see several properties we liked, and Angie ensured the days were seamless. For the homes we were interested in but couldn't visit in person, Angie provided detailed video walkthroughs that made us feel as though we were there. We ended up making an offer on a property that we hadn't seen in person initially but was located in our desired area. Angie visited it for us and provided an amazing, detailed video walkthrough capturing every detail of the home and even walked the land. When we flew out for the inspection, the property was even better than we imagined! We successfully closed in April. Throughout the six months, Angie was incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, insightful regarding locations we weren't familiar with and spot on with pricing. She stayed on top of the transaction, raising questions during inspection and ensuring we knew exactly what we were buying. Desiree and Adam were wonderful through our entire house viewing/buying process. We reached out to Desiree with a pretty wide range of homes we wanted to view and she organized all of the properties and happily set aside 2 days to walk through them with us. She was always available to answer questions, explain things, and help in any way she could. Even now that we have closed on your dream home she's helping us keep things organized from several states away to help our move go smoothly.
