She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and guided us through all the steps of home buying in our area with great emphasis on what we were really looking for. She listened to our wants, needs and desires and stayed on the search for the perfect property for us. Amazingly professional along with being personal at the same time. A great quality! She puts in a great deal of work to get the best possible outcome.

Amy went above & beyond our expectations! She inspected the home several times during renovations & made sure the contractor finished their work properly before we issued final payment. She sent me photos of the work. She listed the house on completion & received multiple offers within a week. I don't know what we would have done without Amy!
