I have several listings with Joselyn. They are all a far cry from ordinary. Each of them has required a great deal of research by Joselyn so as to properly market them. She threw herself into the research and dedicated herself to learning the ins and outs of these non-traditional listings, and has followed up on her work by diligently and ethically representing my interests with an enterprising marketing plan. I would recommend Joselyn as a listing agent, even if they were marketing a traditional property; but especially for a non-traditional property. She won't just slap a sign up and wait for something to happen. She makes it happen.

She is very responsive and was great at getting the information on any questions I had about specific properties or areas. I actually started working with another realtor prior to Jennifer Jollie but they were incredibly non-responsive and I ended up having to find a new realtor. Luckily for me I stumbled into Jennifer and she is great.
