I would like to thank Ms. Jhantteil Lopes my relator for the providing me with the support and encouragement to become a home owner. I closed on January 31, 2023 into a beautiful Townhome in Stroudsburg Pa. I believe that it was God sent that I filled out a survey, and Jhantteil reached out to me. I informed her that I was interested in buying, but I would like to wait until the spring. She explained to me the importance of starting the process, and getting pre-approved. She forward names of some individuals that she had the pleasure of working with in the pass, this process began late November.
