I have been working with Ruth at Sara Cramer's office. She is very knowledgeable and has been very active in helping me to locate a property suited to my needs. I have not made an offer on any property yet. So I do t have experience as to the offer to closing process with their office.

When it came time to sell our home, we wanted a realtor who would be a subject-matter-expert about our area as well as what we personally needed to do to make our home sell quickly at the right price.
