Nancy is as experienced, honest, kind, and straightforward as it gets. Her superior knowledge of the market and superb negotiation skills directly contributed to me winning this home. What Nancy accomplished in this deal was incredible, i.e. she helped me make the deal almost immediately upon the home being listed and before the first open house despite the home receiving substantial attention and the seller receiving multiple offers within the first day, some of which were sight unseen. It takes incredible skill and respect within the real estate community to broker a deal like this so early in the process and so quickly WHILE KEEPING THE SALE PRICE WELL UNDER FAIR MARKET VALUE. It's unheard of. Nancy was available 24/7 and worked non-stop to see this complicated and time-sensitive deal through. This was my fourth home purchase in Rumson in the last 5 years and by far the one with the most impressive results. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NANCY GOLDEN!
