This is not the first time I have had the pleasure of utilizing Rachael to assist me in selling and purchasing a home however, the situation was very different this time. Rachael has truly been a lifesaver. My situation was not ideal however, she consistently went above and beyond to make things work. Whether it was dealing with unexpected challenges, tight timelines, or difficult negotiations, Rachael remained calm, professional, and fully committed to the overall success. Her ability to stay positive and proactive during stressful moments was a source of comfort for me. No matter the hurdles we faced, Rachael kept me informed, provided creative solutions, and was always willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I got the best possible outcome. Even if that meant she had to pull weeds or plant flowers herself. She was always willing to go that extra mile and I can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a realtor who will stand by you, no matter the circumstances, I highly recommend Rachael Harms. Her dedication and determination are unmatched, and she made a challenging process feel manageable and even rewarding.

We learn about John and decided to work with him. After John looked at our house, he made some recommendations. After responding to these suggestions our house sold right away. I believe because of John's experience we were successful.
