420 real estate agents in Central West End

I found Sarah by chance doing a Google search of realtors who specialize in the Central West End area of St. Louis. I contacted her and she answered me immediately about potentially listing our condo in the CWE. She let me know she would like to walk through the property, do some research on the real estate market in that neighborhood and would get back to us about her process and listing price on a certain date. She delivered on her word and actually had information for us prior to the day and time she told us she would. She was confident in the listing price and that we wouldn’t need to negotiate on that given the state of the market. She told us she would list it on a Thursday, host an open house on Sunday and thought we would have a contract by the following week. She did exactly that! We had 2 formal offers and we chose the one we were most comfortable with. Unfortunately, that fell through on the seller’s side (no fault of Sarah’s) and she called immediately to reassure us that she would get it back on the market the next Thursday, host another open house and in the meantime she would reach out to those that had showed prior interest. We had a signed contract a few days after it formally went back on the market. Sarah negotiated for us and encouraged us to stay firm on price, which we did and they accepted. She was amazing throughout the inspection process, again having our best interest in mind when countering the seller’s requests. We closed on the property 12/14/21, right on schedule.
