I learned a lot about Holly as she handled the sale of our condo. But she never mentioned that she had experience as a gymnast. Holly, metaphorically, did handsprings for us, and stuck the landing (and the closing). When I tell you the degree of difficulty was high, well you'll just have to take my word for it, because I am only allowed 2000 characters in this post. I'll tell you though that many last minute matters surfaced as time expired and Holly was there for us whenever we needed her 24/7. If you need Holly at 3 a.m. (we actually didn't) she will respond. Get ready for lots more customers Holly and maybe less sleep.
Holly knows the market. She is smart, intuitive and delightful. Hire her and follow her advice. You won’t be sorry. She knows how to price a home and she knows how to sell it. She quickly understands what is important to you in looking at homes. She sees details in the homes you are looking at that you would miss. If you have questions about a property, she will get you answers, quickly. She has great relationships with other realtors. There weren’t many homes on the market when we were looking. Holly took the extra step of looking at properties that had been taken off the market and queried the agents about their potential availability. I was impressed and grateful. Work with Holly. She is simply the best.
