Allie was wonderful to work. She had a vast knowledge of the housing market in the area and advised us on what to do to the house to get it ready for sale. Allie also provided information on current pricing and available houses for sale competing with ours. The sale happened very quickly within 3 days of listing. Bev has been outstanding in all my dealings with her, both when buying and when selling homes. Available 7 days a week. I now live out of state (for past 3 years) and need to sell several of the homes. Due to fulltime commitments with my job, I am not able to do any of the hands-on work in prepping the home, finding and managing handyman type services, as well as contractors for the homes needing major repair (e.g., new rooves, sewer main at one home, aftermath of a break-in at another, and so on). She has also tracked down documentation such as permits, section 8 contacts, and various other documentation required by the buyers and that I either misplaced over the years or do not have time to look for or obtain from here. I bought my first residence over 30 years ago and have relocated several times for my job, each time selling existing and purchasing a new primary residence, in addition to over a dozen rental properties. Bev is by far the most on-the-ball agent I've encountered in all that time. Can't recommend highly enough.
