Melissa was flexible with her schedule on short notice. It seemed as if she knew all the right strings to pull to help us find a home quickly. She was knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to others and use her again. Thank you, Melissa!!

With short notice, I needed to relocate from NWA to Nixa, Missouri for my job. Melissa Collins was recommended to me by a family member who had worked with her on transactions in both Arkansas and Missouri. Melissa hit the ground running and showed us the houses we were interested in the very next day back to back to accommodate our travel plans. She scheduled the inspection to fit our schedule and even got the closing moved sooner than the original contract so that we could get moved in without needing temporary housing. We would recommend Melissa Collins to anyone needing a realtor that is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile every time!
