Closed on my house a few days ago. Sold in less than a week over asking. Eddie was great. Excellent communication and very straight forward. His flat rate pricing model was the only reason I made any profit. I only owned the house for a year and would have lost money on it if used a traditional agent. Absolutely recommend him 110%!
