Ashley was very helpful when I was purchasing my first home! She met with me at first to educate on how the process worked and discussed what I was looking for. She was quick to schedule the houses I wanted to see. Once I found my house she assisted me on the best offer and it was accepted in multiple offers! Throughout the whole process Ashley communicated the next steps and answered all my questions. I will refer everyone to her and I appreciate all her work to get me my home!

Jill came recommended by my banker. She was very helpful in getting the house ready for sale. She recommended a contractor, KC Contracting Solutions, to do the renovations necessary to maximize sale value. They were very responsive to my desires and got the work done quickly and beautifully. Jill staged the house beautifully. The sale occurred so quickly and smoothly at above asking price that it was almost a let down. What a way to go!
