I had a wonderful experience with Lem. He was always on top of things throughout the entire process. He communicated between the bank and other realtor and myself. He overall got the job done and remain calm even through trying times in the process. He was very knowledgeable of the market and how things overall worked. Also he was able to talk the seller down 20,000.00 under the asking price which I felt was amazing! I just want to personally thank him for helping me find my dream home and I would highly recommend!

Darnell is a total delight! She assisted me with a relocation and was eagerly showing me properties as soon as they popped on the market virtually, and when I made it out on a house hunting trip, she spent every day with me to find the perfect place. She knew how to get an offer accepted in today’s real estate market. She has great knowledge about KC and its neighborhoods, and she truly cares about her clients. She kept close communication with me throughout every step of the process, and her promptness with any of my questions really exceeded any expectations I had. I will definitely use Darnell again for any real estate needs. Buy and sell with Darnell, she’s a gem!
