Daniel Hostert was referred to me via an online real estate app a few years ago. He was really very helpful when I started looking for a home, and continued to be so in searching, and on throughout the whole negotiation/buying process. He is professional and knowledgeable about various areas of real estate and the real estate market, and was able to answer my many questions. He showed me several properties I was interested in seeing within my price range and neighborhood preferences over the course of a really long period of time. He also has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to trying to figure out what has been done in updating a house, and coming up with ideas on what could be done if a house you find is close to what may fit your needs/wants, but not quite. I definitely recommend hiring him.

Shelli helped me sell a residence through a probate estate. The unit was in horrible disrepair. She immediately got hold of some "flippers" and had it listed and was showing it in a few days. I was afraid I was going to get stuck with it, but she had 8 offers the first day. The first offer fell through at closing and I, again, had my doubts. Shelli never faltered. She had it back on the market and had more offers within a few hours. She finally sold the unit for more than we initially asked for! I will not hesitate to use her in the future for any more sales.

I just happened to see an investment property with potential as I drove to an appointment, but I was going to miss the open house. Fiona made arrangements for me to tour the property 15 minutes after the open house was over, and helped me make a winning offer. She scheduled the inspections and made sure that the deal was going to work for me (no "gotchas" in the legalese or property condition). I'll continue to have her help me (this is my fourth deal with her in seven years). I've come to expect a great job, and she is aces, every time.
