Daniel Hostert was referred to me via an online real estate app a few years ago. He was really very helpful when I started looking for a home, and continued to be so in searching, and on throughout the whole negotiation/buying process. He is professional and knowledgeable about various areas of real estate and the real estate market, and was able to answer my many questions. He showed me several properties I was interested in seeing within my price range and neighborhood preferences over the course of a really long period of time. He also has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to trying to figure out what has been done in updating a house, and coming up with ideas on what could be done if a house you find is close to what may fit your needs/wants, but not quite. I definitely recommend hiring him.

I just happened to see an investment property with potential as I drove to an appointment, but I was going to miss the open house. Fiona made arrangements for me to tour the property 15 minutes after the open house was over, and helped me make a winning offer. She scheduled the inspections and made sure that the deal was going to work for me (no "gotchas" in the legalese or property condition).
