This was a new experience for myself and my wife. Steve Weathers our agent, was very attentive and available at our odd schedule. He went above expected service for sure in every detail of our experience. His market knowledge was great and we were showed several different styles and price ranges. His negotiation skills were spot on and his attention for things of course we didn't know was spot on. He was so down to earth but very professional dealing with our unusual hours and timeline . Steve Weathers is a true asset to the reality buying or selling experience.

My experience with Candy was the best. She was very proactive and always in front of any issues. She took the time to get estimates on inspection issues, and work those issues with the Seller on my behalf. She is a seasoned Pro in the business and you can tell. We closed in record time. I've purchased multiples properties and this was certainly the best experience to date. I highly recommend her service, you won't be disappointed!
