We’ve casually worked with DaMeika for years. She started out showing us homes for sale about 3 years ago. We were in a comfortable spot where if the perfect opportunity came about we’d jump on it, but no pressure. DaMeika took diligent notes on what we were looking for and always kept us in mind when something new was coming on the market that might fit our needs. Fast forward to needing to sell our home there was no other option than to bring DaMeika in as our listing agent. We were told to expect 5-6 months on market. We were sold in about 2 months. If you want someone who will be a POWERHOUSE and work until the job is done then DaMeika is your person. She’s personable, helpful, strategic, and efficient. We were never left wondering next steps. She stayed 2 steps ahead of us, and kept us updated along the way. We would never sway from recommending her or using her again in the future. We were so lucky to have her on our side!

This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending Jim to any friend/colleague that needs to buy or sell a home. Anything he says - just do it. He knows what he is doing and has such a wealth of experience and is driven to make the experience the best for whomever he represents. I truly believe there couldn't be a better realtor out there. I'm still amazed at how this experience went while there was a global pandemic going on - bottom line - Listen and work with Jim :) He knows what he is doing and he's got it all under control.
