Having Mark as your realtor is like having an older brother. He doesn’t let you get pushed around and he has your best interest at heart. I now count Mark as a friend and appreciate the connections and experiences he has gained over a long and successful career. Now that I’ve got a home Mark has answered my questions and given me helpful options making ownership easier.

Kathy was always in touch with me and making sure we kept things moving along. She touched base with me every update and even when there was no news to share. She was great when looking at houses and has a great knowledge of the area! I wouldn’t say we had the easiest closing, but she handled it anmazingly and made sure I was getting the best deal. 10/10 would recommend over and over again!!

Our last home purchase (2024) was the 3rd time we have worked with Cathy. Her knowledge and professionalism are her strong points. However, and even more important, Cathy understands the emotional side of buying/selling a home and eases that with her vast experience and downright caring about the people vs. the transaction.
