I enjoyed working with Bridget Rodewald. She is professional and detailed. Sent me detailed information on homes I was interested in very quickly and knows her stuff! She gave me sound advice and was thorough when we toured homes pointing out areas of concern. She even helped me find an amazing painter :)

My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.
