Kelli patiently showed us house after house, she candidly gave us her professional opinions about each option, and never once even hinted that we were taking up loads of her time without a sale in sight. She genuinely wanted us to find the absolute right fit--which we did eventually. As for her professionalism, we had a potential buyer for our home who tried to do some underhanded maneuvering, and while I think most people would have been happy to angrily vent about how rotten & sneaky that was (I certainly would have!), Kelli always remained above the fray and the consummate professional in how she dealt with it.
