From the onset of our engagement with Patrick, we were very happy with the entire process. He was professional, clearly experienced, and treated as as though we were great friends. Upon engagement, he sat down with us to work through our needs, wants, and dislikes. In all, we viewed 8-10 homes prior to going under contract on our eventual new home. This was both my wife and my first time buying a home. We trusted in Patrick to lead the way and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Should we elect to relocate in the future, we will certainly work with Patrick again. 10/10.

We have sold several homes with the assistance of Eddie Davis. The process is smooth and easy and Eddie readily responds to text messages or telephone calls. He answers all questions we have with a honest answer using his professional experience. He presented all offers immediately. We have saved thousands $$$ of dollars using his flat fee services. Highly recommend you use his flat fee services and put the money you will save into your new home !!

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.
