Selling my home was a nightmare from beginning to end. I went through 2 associates at Keller Bortnick, which ended poorly. I reached out to Katie, and she immediately stepped in with an all-new plan. Although neither myself nor Katie intended for the sale to so hard, it was a constant battle of dealing with tough buyers, an uncooperative buyers agent, the City of Leawood on occupancy permits, and many subcontractors, handyman, electricians, sewer people, and even a rogue 3rd party. It cost me a lot of money to close on the house, but I could not have done it without Katie's help. I never heard her complain. There was never a "this problem is too big". She was always communicative, proactive, 3 steps ahead, and gave a lot of energy to getting this across the finish line. I sincerely thank her for it.
