I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision with him. I highly recommend Jake McGuire to anyone needing a to buy or sell a house!

If you’re looking for someone to help you find your next home you won’t be disappointed with Sandra! She is responsive and efficient throughout the entire process. She was always prepared at showings with comps and answers to our questions. If she didn’t have an answer she would get back to us promptly. She makes herself available to her clients and is always willing to provide whatever you need to make a sound purchasing decision. Sandra is excellent at her job. She helped my mother and myself find homes this year. I highly recommend her. She is kind and professional. We definitely would reach out to Sandra again for buying or selling a home.

Al was fantastic to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and always on top of the situation. He's aware of current trends and has multiple strategies for the marketing. I've worked with him previously and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond!
