First off, Heather was great with communicating about expectations, timelines, viewings, and next steps. She was very professional but with warmth. Her market knowledge and expertise were invaluable when it came time to negotiate and fine-tune things in order to close on time. On top of that, she is simply a great person who cared deeply for us and it never felt like she was just trying "to make a sale." It will be near impossible to find another agent that possesses all of these skills and character traits. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone...and wished she was licensed in the state we moved to.

Lance was excellent to work with throughout the entire process of listing, selling and closing on our home. His steady and calm demeanor helped us negotiate the entire process of what can be a stressful situation. We sold our home quickly and Lance was the biggest part of that. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will use him again if we ever sell and/or buy another home. Thanks Lance!

Blythe made every step of the homebuying process incredibly smooth. From an initial discussion of price range and what we were looking for to closing on our dream home, she offered excellent guidance and relevant information. We were able to look at a wide variety of options to narrow down our focus, and Blythe was proactive in finding promising listings. She understood the market and professional details of home buying in a way that gave us peace of mind. While looking at individual homes, she gave honest and valuable insight into specific features and things to look for. She was incredibly competent in considering possible remodel and upgrade options for specific spaces. In the bidding process, her advice and communication helped us compile a competitive offer that won a hot property. Blythe was very responsive and took time to help us understand specific details about home buying so we were empowered to make informed decisions every step of the way.
